Divide these Fractions!

Today we found how to divide fractions.

P.S. If you click on the image it will make it bigger.

here is an example Question and Answer.

Q) Mark uses 1/3 of a tank of gasoline in a five-day work week driving to work and back. On average, what fraction of a tank does he use for each round trip?

A) 1/3 Divided by 5/1

1/3 multipied by 1/5 = 3/15

Hope that helps a little! HOMEWORK!! Math-Page 208 5-13. E.L.A- book report and spelling chapter 7. ☺

  1. When i read your post i didn't have troubles understanding where you are getting at, but as a suggestion you can maybe even add short simple sentence to why you take the step, and it will make an even more understandable scribe for a lot of your scribe viewers .
