Need Some More Attention Too...

The blurriest thing to me is different situations where you would use the Pythagorean Theory and when you would measure with your ruler.

    Fair enough. Perhaps read the Key Ideas from both section 3.3 and 3.4...that'll help out probably.

    If you could measure things easily (with a ruler) wouldn't that just about always be the most accurate?

    The only problem is when that isn't easy to do? Can you think of some times when it wouldn't be easy to measure with a ruler? or for that matter - a tape measure?

    Why would it be difficult?
